Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has specialised in capital allowances since 1992.  For four years he headed-up the capital allowances department for one of the ‘big four’ accountancy practices based in London.

Over the last 18 years Paul has gained extensive experience in all aspects of capital allowance claims across the full spectrum of property types, from multi-million pound shopping centre developments through to office fit-outs.  He specialises in the negotiation of claims settlement with the Inland Revenue, project management of capital allowance claims and training to Client’s tax and/or property departments.

Tony Barber BSc MRICS - Partner

Tony  is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has specialised in capital allowances since 1999.

Since then, Tony has gained extensive experience in all aspects of capital allowance claims, specialising in nursing homes and bar/restaurants/hotels.  His expertise also includes the investigation and evaluation of historical expenditure to access availability of tax rebates, advice on disposal of property interests and evaluation/assessment of existing capital allowance systems

Michael Farrelly BSc FRICS - Partner

Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience.

With a wealth of experience in all sectors of the property market, his construction expertise has allowed him to specialise in all types of capital allowance claims, but particularly on retail and nursing home portfolios, and more recently on land remediation tax relief and enhanced capital allowances .  Additional responsibilities include the management of our Newry office.

Manus is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience.

He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of Capital allowances and throughout his career has specialised in commercial sectors ranging from recycling facilities, hotels, bars and restaurants to distribution centres, offices and retail outlets. Within each sector Manus has successfully maximised tax relief for Clients whether on existing, refurbishment or new build projects.

Barry Duffy BSc MRICS, ASCS - Partner

Barry is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years experience.

He has specialised in the preparation, management and negotiation of capital allowance claims both in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland where he heads up our Dundalk office.  In addition to keeping our Clients updated on all current developments in European property tax, Barry is responsible for our internal technical programmes and quality assurance.

Regional Development Manager

Lisa is responsible for marketing the company’s portfolio of products both online and offline and exploring new market opportunities.  In addition Lisa is responsible for Client Liaison and ensuring the firm's adherence to Quality Assurance Standards.

Lisa is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and holds a hons degree in English Language and Communications, an MSc in Computing and Business Information Systems, and a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and PR.
